Wills & Probate

Making a Will, your way.

Thinking about Wills and Probate can be difficult for many people, especially when contemplating the future of those you love and not being around to share it. However, making a Will is one of the things you can do to help save your family from further distress after your death.

Dying without a Will (Intestate) can cause many unforeseen problems for those you leave behind.

– If you are unmarried or in a civil partnership, your partner will not automatically inherit from you when you die.

– If you are married or in a civil partnership and you have not made a Will, your partner will only inherit the first £250,000 of your estate, and the rest will be distributed between any children when they reach 18.
