The key stages in remortgage.
- Instruction –
We will provide our standard welcome pack when you formally instruct us to act on your behalf. Please take the time to read and complete the required documentation to help avoid unnecessary delays. - Mortgage –
When your mortgage offer has been received, we will arrange for documents to be signed and agree on a completion date. We will take into account any early redemption penalty charges and advise you as appropriate. - Completion –
We will keep in close contact with you on the completion day and let you know as soon as your remortgage has been completed. - Accounting –
We will account to you for any surplus money, usually by bank transfer.
