We will issue the contract documents to the buyer’s conveyancer (if you are selling) or request them from the seller’s conveyancer (if you are buying).
  3. Searches
If you are buying, we will carry out searches on your new property.
  4. Report
Once we have all the required information, we will report to you and give appropriate advice.
  5. Mortgage
When your mortgage offer has been received, we will arrange for documents to be signed and agree on a completion (moving) date.
  6. Completion
We will keep in close contact with you on the completion day and let you know as soon as the keys are released.
  7. Accounting
We will account to you for any surplus money, usually by bank transfer.
