Residential & Commercial Conveyancer - Whickham
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced residential and commercial conveyancer to join our growing team at Peter Ross. Full-time and part-time employment considered. Salary is dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of conveyancing transactions, including but not limited to, freehold/leasehold purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new build developments.
Residential & Commercial Conveyancer - Jarrow
We are also looking for a talented conveyancing professional to join our Jarrow office. Responsibilities include carrying out and checking pre-contract searches, managing mortgage instructions and dealing with all financial aspects of property transactions.
The successful individual will have at least one year of experience in conveyancing and will demonstrate acute attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and will be able to advise and negotiate effectively.
